You have most likely experienced a lack of acrylic retention when using a milled bar. No matter how much retention is put into a milled bar you can’t integrate the metal and the resin together like you can with our Mesh Bar.

This innovative way of strengthening a hybrid allows us to interface with the intaglio with a metal polished surface that creates a much more hygienic hybrid without any concave surfaces that allows the patient to easily clean with a water pick or super floss. It’s a much cleaner solution to the wrap-around design that many dental technicians are currently using. The metal interface creates less plaque build up and a much more hygienic situation.
